We offer a pick up and drop off service for all services on days with adverse weather.


We also can attend using A mobile shelter but this must be in a Suitable location on private property.


In the event of high winds (20 mph+) for the safety of our staff we reserve the right to reschedule.

We always endeavour to ensure our mobile service arrives at the time of booking this happens 95% of the time, due to factors out of our control like traffic please allow 15 minutes before contacting us if we haven't arrived... Should we be severely delayed we will contact you.

We base business on the idea that our service is easy to Book and use, leaving you the ability to make the most of your time, we provide our own water and power. We only need someone to provide the key before and to receive it at the end of service.


IMPORTANT - If the service is mobile we require adequate parking for our van directly next to the vehicle booked in, this cannot be on a busy main road, public car park or an area that would put us at risk whilst carrying out the service. If we arrive and no safe/permitted area is available we will refuse the service and no refund will be given.

We recognise that from time to time things can cause plans to change we therefore offer a full refund up to 48 hours before booking time, thereafter we reserve the right offer a booking reschedule  or charge a cancellation fee of £50 or 50% of booking whichever is less. 


If less than 24 hours notice is given or booking is not attended, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.


Please note - Due to the cost of materials and bespoke nature Detailing And Ceramic coating booking fees are non-refundable.

We offer specialist services for commercial training, trade show preparations, on Site TV & Film vehicle preparation, commercial fleet applications.


Although we regularly post our work we do offer closed door confidential services should this be required. Get in touch to discuss specific needs.

Often we are in noisy environments vacuuming or using a pressure washer, because of this we often respond quicker to email, text or messaging our Facebook page.

We are often time limited and try to be as punctual as possible for all customers as a result in this situation we start on the outside and work our way to the interior with whatever time allows. 


Booking a smaller size vehicle means we have less time than needed to compete a service in this instance we cannot guarantee our usual high quality results.

There are no Safer Hands Than Ours! We pride ourselves on doing things properly using industry best practices, even though we have experience cleaning 1000s of vehicles we still regularly refresh our knowledge with training. We only use professional products and correct insurances including Motor Trade and Prestige Vehicle, import & Classic Cover! 


Most of our Competitors only have public liability leaving a huge gap from proper cover potentially leaving you £1000s out of pocket if any damage occurs.

Our services indicate the time needed to complete and the finish time on a booking. 


This finish time may be shorter than stated depending on number of our detailers working at the time of service.


Bespoke detailing services and ceramic coatings vary and will be confirmed at the time of service.
